Joining her is Managing Director Ryan Leo Nelson, MBA. Ryan brings over two decades of financial expertise spanning investment banking, corporate finance, and real estate entrepreneurship. His career includes M&A analysis at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. and financial modeling for Fortune 500 companies. Since founding Nelson Property Management in 2012, he has built a successful multi-property portfolio. Ryan specializes in recruiting senior finance professionals, quantitative analysts, blockchain leaders, and alternative investment executives, leveraging his extensive network across finance and technology to identify top-tier talent.
